Organic and natural products
It is important to know that the silicone present in some shampoos and care products ends up suffocating your hair, which will lead to hair loss over time. Therefore, always choose organic and natural products.
A suitable shampoo
Depending on the texture of your hair, you should select the most suitable shampoo. If your hair is dry and damaged, you will need a nourishing and moisturising shampoo based on vegetable oils (shea butter, coconut, baobab, etc.). If you have oily hair, a purifying organic shampoo is more suitable. Is your hair dull and tangled ? A moisturising and nourishing shampoo with honey will be the most suitable. Similarly, anti-dandruff, smoothing or coloured hair shampoos should be chosen according to the nature of your hair. All these principles also apply to care products (conditioners, masks, etc.).
Washing hair at the right temperature
You should avoid using water that is too hot to wash your hair. If you have the guts, cold water is best for boosting your hair’s shine.
